14-Day Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unworn, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Floor Mat Refund Exceptions
Please note that full refunds for floor mats are only applicable if there is an issue with the fit in your vehicle.
If you experience installation difficulties, please contact us via chat or email before initiating a return so that our support team can assist you.

A full refund will only be issued if the product does not fit your specific vehicle as advertised.

If there is no issue with the mats and you wish to return them for reasons such as ordering for the wrong vehicle, change of mind, or dislike of the product, your refund will be processed minus:

A 5% restocking fee

All returns must be approved in advance and sent in unused and resalable condition with all original packaging.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
